-examine learner variability
-look at purposeful planning
-share successful strategies
-gain a different perspective on strategies
-locate resources to support instruction
-develop a plan of action
Targeted, tiered, and differentiated support will follow after the second session based upon the team’s plan of action. This could include, but is not limited to: additional face to face trainings, webinars, book studies, technical assistance, etc.
