Description:

A three-part series designed to assist your district's efforts in improving student outcomes.
Attendance at all three sessions is required.

Session 1:  Unpack your System
December 7, 2016
Participants will take a critical look at their current system and areas impacting student growth and work together to generate a plan to address identified area(s) of need. This session is intended for district and building leadership—including BLT/DLT members.
Session 2:  Understanding your Standards
January 17, 2017
Participants will use the plan created in session 1 to strengthen tier I instruction. Time will be spent exploring instruction, assessments, and feedback strategies to maintain accountability. This session is intended for district and building leadership, BLT, and TBT members.
Session 3:  Strategies to Reach All Learners
February 23, 2017
Participants will i
dentify personal teaching style, identify strategies that can be used to reach and engage all learners in your classroom, and identify personal learning style and reflect on how that influences your teaching. Participants will finish this session with a lesson/activity to take back to their classrooms. This session is intended for BLT and TBT members.
