Description: In this session participants will be introduced to the purpose and importance of teacher-based teams (TBT) in the scope of their work in early childhood. Participants will not only learn Ohio’s 5-Step process as it applies to preschool, but will also view examples and a model of the TBT process which will guide the development of the process within their district.
