Description: Paraprofessionals play a vital role in gathering assessment data and supporting assessment practices. This training provides an overview of the Early Learning Assessment, which is currently required to be administered to children in Early Childhood Entitlement and Preschool Special Education programs. Topics covered will include an overview of formative assessment, structure and contents of the ELA, and how to gather data that can be used to score the ELA.
