The Lake County Educational Service Center values the importance of convening and collaborating as the foundation for creating future vision for the students that we serve. Convening and collaborating allows us to pull from the collective intelligence and diverse expertise available within our educational community. We understand and support that we can make a greater impact when we draw on as many different minds and experiences as possible. At the same time, convening and collaboration forces us to engage more actively in dialogue about all kinds of subjects and with various subject matter experts. Through participation in these larger conversations, we recognize that we all have much to contribute, and much to learn.
