Register by Mail

Due to the large number of workshops and participants, we can only accept registration by mail; telephone registrations will not be accepted. If you are awaiting school district approval, please send us a copy of your registration ahead of time. However, we cannot officially register you until a purchase order or a check is received. Since most of our workshops involve ordering materials before the training, we cannot accept walk-in registrations.

Notification, Cancellations and Changes

Please complete all information on the registration form. This information is crucial for an accurate count for seating, materials, and meals/refreshments. Extenuating circumstances may affect workshop schedules. We will notify registered participants promptly of any changes or cancellations. We ask that you be courteous and notify us by telephone if you are registered and unable to attend so we can allow another person to fill the vacant spot.

In case of inclement weather, our workshop cancellations will be advertised with school closings on television. We will be listed as Region 4 SST. You may also call our main phone number (440) 350-2563 for cancellations due to weather.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be made unless notification of cancellation is received three (3) business days prior to the activity. If a workshop is cancelled, reimbursement of registration fees over $15.00 will be made within 4-6 weeks.

Vouchers will be given for registration fees $15.00 and under to be used at a future workshop.

College Credit & Additional Information

Payment for a college graduate course will be accepted on the first day of the course. Please do not mail it with the workshop registration. Checks for college credit should be made payable to the university, not SST.

Professional Development Contact Hours are offered at some of our workshops. Participants will receive a Certificate of Participation verifying the contact hours earned.

Limited funding is available for parent-family scholarships. For scholarship information, call the Office at (440) 350-2563.
