The State Support Team 4 (SST4) partners with districts in Lake and Geauga counties to provide evidence-based professional development, on-going coaching, and technical assistance that address both academic and behavioral needs of all students.  We offer tiered support to districts and buildings needs, coordinating our supports in much the same way that teachers match their instruction to the unique needs of their learners. Check out our Professional Development calendar to learn more about essential topics in teaching and learning that are scheduled to be offered within the region, and check back often for updates on events and resources.
